The structure of the planetary reducer mainly includes the following core components:

 

1. Sun gear

Located in the center, connected to the input shaft, responsible for transmitting power to the planetary gear.

 

2. Planetary gear

Multiple planetary gears rotate around the sun gear, both rotating and revolving, evenly sharing the load.

 

3. Planet carrier

Connects and supports the planetary gears, transmitting power to the output shaft.

 

4. Internal gear ring

Fixed in the housing, meshing with the planetary gears to ensure that the planetary gears remain stable during revolution.

 

5. Input shaft

Connects to the power source and drives the sun gear to rotate.

 

6. Output shaft

Connected to the planetary carrier, outputs the reduced power.

 

7. Housing

Protects internal components and provides support and mounting interfaces.

 

Working principle

The input shaft drives the sun gear, the sun gear drives the planetary gears to rotate and revolve, the planetary gears mesh with the internal gear ring, and the planetary carrier transmits the reduced power to the output shaft.
